The customer bears the shipping costs if they wish to return or replace the product for the following reasons:

Essential Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Third: Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
