First: Cases where "Outina Steel" bears the shipping costs:

The store bears the shipping cost in the event of any of the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • Receiving a product different from the one you ordered.

Second: Cases where the customer bears the shipping costs:

The customer bears the shipping costs if they wish to return or replace the product for the following reasons:

  • Changing your mind after receiving the order.

  • Wishing to change the color or size.

  • No longer needing the product after the shipping process.

  • Essential Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Third: Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Custom manufacturing orders: Please note that some of our products are specifically manufactured or prepared upon request, which may affect the preparation time.
